The trek starts from the picturesque village of Dharali in Harsil Valley of Uttarkashi District and offers adventure lovers a great opportunity to explore fresh trails. It is a 15km trek that goes through beautiful forests of pine, cedar and alpine meadows. The trail is laden with various species of flowers including the famous Brahma Kamal (white lotus) all along the way. And while you are with team Uttarakhand Offbeat, warm hospitality, neatly made up tents and lip smacking food are always at your service!

Trek Itinerary
Day 1: Dehradun to Dharali
On the very first day of your trek you will be driven to a small hamlet called Dharali from Dehradun. This 200 km long journey takes around 8-9 hours. Once you reach there we will provide you with accommodation and dinner.
Day 2: Dharali To Jhinda Bugiyal
On the first day of your trek your destination is Jhinda Bugiyal which is located 7km away. The trail is zig-zag with gradual ascent and it goes through the forest of pine and ceder trees. After reaching you will rest in our cozy tent pitched in the lush green meadow.
Day 3 : Jhinda Bugiyal to Mt Srikanth Base Camp and back to Jhinda Bugiyal
Today you will reach the base camp and get back to Jhinda Campsite again. So today you will have to hike for arund 12 hours which will take around 6-7 hurs. After breakfast, you will start hiking on a trail with undulating ascent and arrive at the base camp of Mt Srikanth. After exploring for some time, you will return to our camp site at JhindaBugyal.
Day 4 : Jhinda Bugiyal to Dharali
Today you will trace your steps and hike back on the same trail to get back to Dharali.Once you reach the village you will provided with accommodation and lunch
Day 5: Dharali to Dehradun
On the last day of your trek with Uttarakhand Offbeat, you will check out from the hotel after breakfast and driven all the way back to Dehradun. Your Mt. Srikanth Base Camp trek with us ends here.
