Trekkers are responsible for covering the cost of transportation to and from the location where they will be picked up. 2. 100% of the entire cost of the package must be paid in full upon arrival before the commencement of the trek.. 4. Uttarakhand Offbeat or any of its personnel are in no way liable for your personal possessions, regardless of the circumstances. 5. Trekkers will not be provided with any more meals in addition to those that are mentioned in the list of inclusions. If trekkers have specific dietary requirements, they are responsible for bringing their own foods.
Refund Policy
1. A booking confirmation fee of 2,500 Indian Rupees (INR) per person is due four days before the trek departs in order to secure your spot on the excursion. 2. The process of requesting a refund won’t begin until after the trip has been over and all the outstanding expenses have been paid in full. 3. The participant’s money will not be reimbursed in the event that the walk is called off due to unforeseen circumstances. We accept the utmost responsibility for bringing you back without incident.
Booking Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation 30 days before the starting date of the trip: Get a monetary refund with 15% cancellation charges of total trek amount. 2. Cancellation between 30 days and 20 days before the starting date of the trek Get a monetary refund with 50% cancellation charges of total trek amount. 3. Cancellation less than 20 days before the starting date of the trek — Get a monetary refund with 80% cancellation charges of total trek amount. 4. Cancellation less than 15 days to Departure: No refund will be provided for any amount paid. 5. Cancellation in case of illness: In case of illness, trekkers can enrol themselves for any other batch for the same or similar trek. No monetary refund or transfer is applicable in case of any illness or covid cases. 6. Cancellation in case there are no minimum no of participants: In case we are unable to get a certain minimum number of participants to the trek, trekkers can shift to some other batch for the same trek. . No monetary refund or transfer is applicable in case of any illness or covid cases. In the rare event that we cancel a trek, this is the policy we follow: • In case we cancel a trip because of natural calamities (snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes) or unexpected political unrest, curfews, local riots, or government orders, Uttarakhand Offbeat will not be liable for any refund if the trek begins from the base point. • In case the trip did not commence and is cancelled prior to departure full refund will given except for train and bus cancellations • In case of cancellations of treks from our end due to no minimum participation, trekkers can opt for a batch shift. • In case of medical emergency or covid cases or emergency issues same refund policy applies as regular cancellation. • In case the trip is cancelled due to trains or flight cancellations by the airlines or railways or bus issues, trekkers can opt for a batch shift. How to cancel your trek: In case, you wish to cancel your trek, follow these steps. • Send us an email with name and participant details to climbersunil@gmail.com only if the booking is liable for any refund as per policies. • You will receive and email in 72 hours for your cancellation if the booking is liable for refund or transfer. • It takes around 3-7 working days to get your refund back in source account. • No on call cancellation queries will be entertained. Kindly send us an email for the same. • In case the booking is not liable for refund as per above policies kindly do not drop email and ask for refund or rescheduling. • Only email will be considered for cancellation. Details provided on phone or any whatsapp message will NOT be considered valid as the cancellation team only responds through email for zero miss communication. • In case the email is sent to any other id for cancellation it will be considered as invalid.
